Here at Ventham Construction Limited our flexible team work not only during school holidays but also within term time. We ensure that all site personnel are suitably DBS checked and that school managers can have online access to verify their status accordingly.

We understand that some projects may be too large or urgent to be allocated to the times when pupils are not in residence, so we have strict parameters which all employees must abide by when working on site.

We aim to be as considerate as possible when working nearby to operational elements of the school and as part of our site induction we take into account student movement times to ensure their safety and reduce their proximity to the work.

In the last five years we have worked extensively in Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools. Our versatile workforce and professionals are able to carry out contracts ranging from minor works to larger projects (up to £2m). Typically, these have the form of the following:

We aim to work within the BREEAM sustainability assessment framework, where possible in order to reduce our carbon footprint and to improve our sustainability standards.

Ventham Construction Ltd have been building since 1997 and we have built a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have the required levels of insurance cover to work within the school sector including Professional Indemnity and Public Liability of £10m.
